Full-Time or Just a Visit.

43°N is a place where young adults with IDD are always welcome. Our facility offers, vacation stays, and full-time residency. 

Full-Time Residency.

Each 43°N resident with IDD will participate in his/her own selected employment, education, recreational, or volunteer opportunities.  Weekends and evenings will be filled with education, events, and activities provided by 43° N to bring our community in to gather together for recreation, learning, and volunteering.

Vacation Stay? 

Whether you are coming to our valley on vacation or need assistance when leaving the valley to go on vacation, we are here for you. We offer living space for short term stays with all the same benefits of our full-time residents. 

Requirements to Live at 43°N.

• Must be a minimum of 18 years old.
• Have a primary diagnosis of intellectual or developmental disability or cognitive delay.
• Be free of aggressive or threatening behaviors.
• Have the ability to ambulate and transfer independently.
• Be able to perform activities of daily living independently with prompting cueing and reminders.
• Be able to follow a schedule of training and activity.
• Have an interest in maintaining employment on or off-campus.
